ここ最近の米粉ブーム。
今日寄った新宿高島屋のデパ地下でも米粉のオンパレード！！

パンに始まりドーナツ、カステラと米粉を使った商品をここでも多く見つけることができます。
そんな中見つけたのが・・・・・。





あの堂島ロールの米粉バージョンです！！


もちろん堂島ロールは今までもう何回も食べたことはありますし、
奥沢ロールやペコちゃんロールなど似たものも多く食べてきました。


実のところ僕は米粉ってやつをあまり好きではないんですが
まあ言うなればキングオブ渦無しロールの代表格じゃないですか！？
やっぱりそれのロールケーキの米粉バージョン食べないわけにはいかないわけで・・・汗



中のクリームはいつもの堂島クリームです！！

そして米粉の外壁なんですがしっとり、
ずっしりとクリームを覆っています。

どちらが良いか難しいところですが、僕はどちらも好きですね。
ただこちらの方が少し高いんですけどね。

不思議とまだネットでも情報がそれほど多くないですね。
評判とかどうなんでしょうね～
